RackPulse Privacy Promise

Your ground.
Your call.

RackPulse is for hunters who protect the details that matter. This is our plain-language commercial promise about personal information, location data, and the scouting context you choose to upload.

The promise

No selling out your hunt.

01

Your contact information is not a product.

RackPulse never sells, rents, trades, shares, or otherwise discloses your personal or contact information to advertisers, partners, data brokers, or other third parties.

02

Partner offers are your call.

If RackPulse offers a future partner program or offer, we will email you an invitation first. You must affirmatively choose to participate. Receiving an invitation never gives that partner your personal or contact information.

03

Your ground stays private.

RackPulse redraws selected images in the browser before transient analysis. The optional Private Patterning feature saves only after an authenticated user explicitly chooses Save: session date range, an optional camera nickname, user-entered broad zone and activity context, and evidence-limited visual results. It never saves raw originals, EXIF/GPS, exact pins, property boundaries, routes, or maps; it does not create permanent animal identities, population estimates, or certainty claims.

04

Aggregate never means identifiable.

Any future privacy-safe aggregate insight or heatmap must not expose a user’s identity, coordinates, property, camera or stand location, or identifying equipment data.

What this means

We build the signal. You keep the spot.

RackPulse offers user-triggered frame review. Selected images are redrawn in the browser to remove metadata before transient analysis. Eligible frames may be compared cautiously using visible traits only; the comparison never confirms an individual identity. Private Patterning is separate and opt-in: after an authenticated user chooses Save, RackPulse stores the supplied session date range, optional camera nickname, optional coarse zone label, and evidence-limited results required for private cross-session suggestions. It does not store originals, EXIF/GPS, exact pins, property boundaries, routes, maps, or permanent animal profiles.

  • Frame analysis begins only after you explicitly request it; selected frames remain browser-local until then.
  • Deer and elk rack, size, maturity, and within-batch match reads are cautious visual estimates only; weak, side/rear, distant, obstructed, cropped, velvet-ambiguous, or night-IR frames withhold unsupported details and do not confirm an individual.
  • Private Patterning history is saved only after an explicit action and can be deleted per session or all at once; sightings can be excluded from matching.
  • Saved suggestions are confidence-gated and evidence-linked; they never claim routes, maps, population counts, or certainty.
  • We will not use a partner invitation as permission to share your contact information.
  • We will not represent aggregate insight as privacy-safe if it can reveal your hunt, your ground, or your gear.

This promise does not limit disclosures RackPulse may be legally required to make. It does set our commercial rule: we do not monetize or hand out the personal, contact, or private hunting details hunters trust us with.
